The catalog is available to qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions following approval of an access request. Materials are supplied strictly as non-consumable research materials.
How do I request access?
Submit an access request from the landing page. Requests are reviewed manually; you will be contacted at the address provided once a decision is made.
Where do I find the Certificate of Analysis?
Each product page displays the Certificate of Analysis for the batch currently held for that SKU, rendered directly in the product gallery as a read-only document. No download or separate request is required.
Does every batch get tested?
Yes. Every batch is verified against the AXIOM 12-Point Analytical Verification™ standard by accredited independent laboratories before release. A batch that does not meet specification is not released.
Why does one product show several strengths?
Each strength is a distinct SKU with its own batch, price, label and Certificate of Analysis. The storefront groups them into a single listing so you can switch strength without leaving the page; your order always resolves to the specific SKU selected.
How is my order fulfilled?
Orders are packed to protect container integrity and dispatched with documentation identifying the material and its batch. Fulfilment timelines and returns are covered on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can you advise on use?
